Automatic Shrink Wrapping Machine
- This shrink wrapping machine can be packed from small to large size of product and suitable for extra height products. This machine can also provide multi-packs with a variety of products such as carton blocks, cans and bottles.
- Pillow type 1–side seal packaging machine is automatic film cutting. And the sealing position detector can detect products in the forming.
- The operation of this machine is feeding the products into the part of shrink film and seal products in a group. Film will be wrapped and shrunk tightly around the products after passing through a hot air shrunk tunnel. Once the pack is out of hot air section, the cooling fan at the end of tunnel will help the shrink film cool down and make the shape after it shrunk perfectly. Then the products will ready for transport.
- 2 Sets of film supply with dance are designed for easily change the film and accurate feeding tension control.
- Shrink Tunnel will use wire belt inside the tunnel as it allows hot air to reach all surfaces of the package and it also has digital temperature controller to ensure a constant tunnel temperature.
